I am a one woman shop so please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship
✿ When I will receive my order?
For French orders: 1-7 days estimated delivery
For International orders: 1-4 weeks estimated delivery (Please be patient! Some countries may see additional shipping delays)
✿ Do I will have a tracking for my order?
All orders on my shop will be send with a tracking number and you can track it on La Poste website
✿ Do you ship in my country?
I ship worldwide except to the UK due to the 2021 VAT Rules and Germany because of restrictive laws about packaging, I'm sorry!
✿ Can I ask for a refund?
As long as your package has not been shipped I can offer a refund for your order
✿ Do you accept returns?
I do not accept any returns or exchanges.
But if you received the wrong item or if your item arrives damaged please contact me via the contact formuler and I will try to help you
✿ What should I do if my order is missing?
Once your package is dropped off at Laposte, it is unfortunately out of my hands. Please contact Laposte with your tracking number so that they can provide some assistance

I ship from France in Europe so maybe taxes can apply to you depend on your country. I am not responsible for any charges & import taxes that is specific to your country
